Hostess: Meghan Margarita

Meghan Margarita is an alternative high fashion model based in the Washington DC area. She specializes in pin-up, fine art nude, and fetish fashion modeling. She is an offical Deviant Nation model and has worked with well known local photographers such as Angel Morales, Larry Bradby, Scott Church and Red Sky Photography among others. Her influences include the work of Terry Richardson, Helmunt Newton, and David LaChappelle.

We actually have a saying that everything looks better in Steff's photos than it does in real life, and its true! Stephanie has what so many photographers lack -- an undeniable sense of timing, preserving what most of us take for granted.
While a lot of her work is done for local bands/DJs in the northern VA area, she rates high in children's photography. Piece of cake for a mother of three! No cheesy smiles here, Stephanie always stays unique and genuine. She's a professional, who's fun to work with, and captures life on film in ways we would not have imagined.

Chicago's I:Scintilla (pronounced eye-sin-til-uh) have jumped from recording demo songs in a bedroom to collaborating with some of modern music's best artists and releasing music on an international level. Fronted by Brittany Bindrim (vocals/words) and backed by Jim Cookas (guitar/programming), Vincent Grech (drums), and Chad Mines (bass), the group seamlessly fuses electronic and rock elements while pushing the boundaries of pop music. Bindrim's intensely seductive voice and insightful words paint a dark picture of loss, redemption, and introspection and are delivered via insatiably catchy hooks. The music drapes the mood with intricately layered synthesizers, grinding guitar riffs, and a mix of live and programmed drums. The quartet's unique sound has drawn comparisons toGarbage, Theatre of Tragedy, and The Birthday Massacre.

Guest DJs: Halon

DJ Halon has been the resident DJ for The Smoker's Den in Bloomington, IL going on 2 years now. His focus has been Industrial / EBM although collaborations with Psytrance groups Eo Somnium and Chilluminati have widened his collection to incuded that genre. He is also a co-producer with IDG Productions of Champaign, IL that hostes Nekromancy (home to Illinois' longest-running industrial electronic club night) currently at Chester Street Bar. He runs his own lighting and audio compamy as well as promote / invest in midwest electronic music events. Recent guest appearances have included the Sacred Earth Open Air festival in Black River Falls, Wisconsin, and Die Maschine at Spin in Chicago, IL.
